Oommen John was a man of many roles and boundless love. As an ex-serviceman in the army, he exemplified courage and dedication to our nation, serving it with unwavering loyalty. But Oommen's greatness extended far beyond his military service. He was, above all else, a devoted father, husband, and noble soul.

His indomitable spirit was a testament to his resilience. Oommen overcame the relentless battle against cancer, emerging victorious, proving that his determination knew no bounds. His experiences taught him the value of life and the importance of cherishing every moment.

Oommen was not content with merely surviving; he was determined to make a difference. His final act of selflessness was a reflection of his enduring patriotism. In a final act of love for his country, he chose to donate his body for study, ensuring that future generations of soldiers would not succumb to the same pitfalls he had faced. He wished to protect them from the vices of cigarettes and alcohol, turning his own struggle into a legacy of hope and resilience.

As a husband, Oommen was the epitome of love and support, standing by his wife through thick and thin, and as a father, his caring and unwavering love for his children knew no bounds. His presence was a comforting embrace, his wisdom a guiding light.
