SHE CAN EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2024 – A Grand Celebration of Womanhood, Culture & Empowerment

19th October 2025 marked a truly momentous day for Dianalds New Era Care Foundation (DNECF) as we proudly hosted the SHE CAN EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2024—an inspiring celebration dedicated to honoring exceptional women who embody the spirit of our core motto: “SHE CAN.”

Set against a backdrop of culture, empowerment, and community spirit, the event also served as the inaugural ceremony for DNECF’s Free Sewing Training Centre for Vocational Training of Women, and a platform to introduce the audience to NORKA Care Services, a new initiative aimed at broadening avenues of care and support for the community.

A Grand Opening Rooted in Tradition

The celebration commenced with a vibrant and traditional Onam procession, invoking the presence and blessings of Mahabali Thamburan. The atmosphere was rich with color, music, and cultural pride, symbolizing harmony and prosperity—perfectly setting the tone for a day that celebrated the strength and achievements of women.

As part of the festivities, DNECF also held lively Onam Celebrations, bringing together participants, guests, and well-wishers in the spirit of unity and joy.

Empowering Women Through Vocational Training

A highlight of the evening was the inauguration of the Free Sewing Training Centre, a new initiative by DNECF aimed at providing women with vocational skills that empower them economically and socially. Through this program, we aim to support women in becoming self-reliant, confident, and ready to carve their paths toward financial independence.

The introduction of NORKA Care Services further underscored our commitment to enhancing support networks, resources, and opportunities for individuals and families across the community.
